A graduate of The (Royal)London Hospital, Whitechapel, I have been established in private practice in Plymouth for over 30 years. During that time, I have developed a broad base of expertise, skills and experience. Adapted Tai Chi Classes

The aim will be to improve balance, coordination and strength using a combination of seated and standing exercises including some adapted Tai Chi. There is much evidence to support these type of exercises in the prevention of falls as well as improving general strength, function and well being.

I hope to run these classes both from the FP Clinic and Plym Physio, Plympton. Please visit our web site or call 01752 664519 for more information.
